These next two are from the beginning of the summer when I was able to spend some time in the city:
It has been a great summer spent working in Georgia, with the family in New York and on vacation with my fiancee in Maine, but now that I’m back in Atlanta and about to start school again, it’s time to keep the photos coming once again. Below are some photos from throughout the summer’s sporadic picture taking. Updates are soon to follow.
My Fiancee:
Here is a recently discovered photo from the archive I managed to miss. Perhaps when I get a chance I’ll add it to the Where I’m From gallery.
Here we are in May and I am looking forward to the summer and beyond. I have been going through the grad school process and may find myself working towards a masters this fall. Until then, I plan on taking many photos as I imagine my available time with diminish once classes start.
I have created a few new slide shows on the site. The first is a reorganized and re-edited Gathered & Scattered. The second is a collection of pictures from my home town. Where I’m From has pictured taken within a ten mile radius of where I grew up and where my parents still live. You can check it out on Flickr as well, where you can see the photos overlaid on a map of the area.
In the meantime, here are a couple pictures from the last few day:
